Replay downloads now require you to be logged in.
This change helps combat bots scraping replay files at scale and putting excessive
strain on the servers and database.
Log in with Steam to download replays.
Parser updated to handle the new Rocket League EAC release

This was due to a change in the Liquipedia API (the source for player data) which broke the syncing of pro status for players.
